He is the Founder and Chairman of The Extra Mile, a rising real estate brokerage firm known for connecting clients with top-tier residential and commercial opportunities. With deep roots in the financial markets—built through key roles at Metro Brokerage, Shurooq Shares & Bonds, and Royal Securities—Hany has developed a sharp eye for investment and portfolio management. His experience also includes consulting for major media holdings and advising on high-level financial strategies. Beyond finance, Hany channels his entrepreneurial spirit into Sea Cinema, a unique venture blending business with creativity, where he oversees film production, funding, and strategic partnerships. His career is defined by a combination of strong financial expertise and a passion for building ventures that create meaningful impact.

An entrepreneur at heart and a driving force in the MENA region’s business landscape, Najib Sabbagh is a Lebanese entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio of successful ventures. Since founding SSUP World in 2012, Najib has expanded the agency into a regional powerhouse with offices in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Lebanon, and Iraq. Under his leadership, SSUP World has built a reputation for delivering innovative campaigns and setting new industry benchmarks. The agency has collaborated with renowned brands such as TikTok, the Saudi Tourism Authority, Nusuk, Tim Hortons, and Aston Martin, among others. Najib also serves as the Managing Partner & CEO of WALEE MENA, where he spearheads data-driven influencer marketing and social commerce initiatives, redefining how brands engage with audiences in the digital age. His entrepreneurial footprint extends into the hospitality sector, where he has co-founded several successful concepts across Lebanon, Dubai, Turkey, and Egypt. Most recently, Najib has extended his vision to the real estate sector as the Co-Founder and CEO of Beyond Living Real Estate. His aim is to modernize property brokerage by combining premium client service with advanced technology and AI, offering curated portfolios and a seamless, personalized real estate experience.

Throughout his career, Hany has held senior leadership positions at Emaar Development PJSC, DAMAC Properties, Arada Developments, and Binghatti. In these roles, he consistently strengthened market positioning and improved overall business performance.

Hany brings deep expertise in sales leadership, operational governance, compliance oversight, and customer experience design. He has built and led high-performing teams and developed practical frameworks that improve efficiency, profitability, and long-term customer value. His experience spans multiple international markets, including Egypt, KSA, the UK, and Asia, where he has supported market entry, growth strategies, and cross-functional collaboration through data-driven decision making.
